The Cypress Queen is a magnificent, 52-foot Bluewater™ Yacht based on the Manteo, NC waterfront. Historic Manteo is named for an American Indian member of the Croatans tribe. In the 1580s, the English built Roanoke Colony on the site. Manteo is located on Shallowbag Bay on the eastern side of Roanoke Island in the northern reaches of the Outer Banks (OBX). It's a short drive from Manteo to the east to the majestic beach at Nags Head. We're close to historic Kill Devil Hills, the site of the Orville and Wilbur Wright's first powered aircraft flights on December 17, 1903.

Whether from our shaded sky lounge or our air-conditioned salon, you will enjoy spectacular views of the local Outer Banks waterways. The Outer Banks region is famous for its lighthouses, marinas, and dockside restaurants and attractions. Our protected forests, beaches, marshes, birds, and other wildlife are world famous. On the Cypress Queen, the magnificence of the Outer Banks is up close and personal. Be sure to bring along your digital camera and capture the high-definition sunset of a lifetime.
The Cypress Queen can comfortably accommodate six passengers. There are up to three departures daily and cruises last for two hours. Charter cruises start at $600 for the first two hours. Additional time is available at $300 per hour. On a standard two-hour cruise, your host will serve non-alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol and we'll provide the mixers, glassware, and ice. We're happy to work with you to customize your cruise experience to fulfill your wishes. You might consider cocktails and hor d'oeuvres on the shaded sky lounge at sunset or lunch on the deck. How about a fully catered dinner in the comfort of the air-conditioned salon at night? Perhaps you would prefer a post-cruise dock party catered by your favorite local restaurant. Our goal is to help create a cruising experience that you and your guests will never forget.
